Postvention - Suicide Bereavement Support Training

We are delighted to announce that we now offer Postvention Suicide Bereavement Support Training, a three-hour face-to-face workshop designed for individuals who want to confidently support those bereaved or affected by suicide. This session equips participants with the skills to provide compassionate and meaningful support, while also prioritising their own well-being.

 

Why Suicide Bereavement Support Training Matters

 Providing structured training helps teams:
✔  Recognise signs of distress in colleagues.
✔  Support others with confidence and empathy.
✔  Encourage professional help-seeking when needed.
✔  Create a workplace culture that prioritises mental well-being.

 

What You'll Gain:

✔  Understand the grieving process and its impact on the bereaved
✔  Learn practical ways to offer meaningful support
✔  Recognise when professional help may be needed
✔  Develop strategies for managing your own emotional responses
✔  Foster a supportive and inclusive environment

This training is for up to a maximum of 15 people and ideal for colleagues, volunteers, community leaders, or anyone who wants to support others with confidence and care.
