We listen in confidence and understand that everyone’s situation is unique but look to find what is important to you and how we can best support you through our various services.

Group Support

Our group sessions provide a safe space with actives, sessions, workshops, and outings. For you to attend as part of group with similar experiences.

Therapy

We can quickly access professional therapists for people with more complicated grief who can help with unanswered questions, guilt, shame, anger, rejection, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) or risk-taking behaviours.
