Mindful Mondays Launch With a Powerful Message of Self‑Care
This autumn marked the start of our new Mindful Monday group support sessions — a gentle, grounding space created to remind us that caring for our minds and bodies isn’t a luxury, but a necessity. In a world that moves quickly and demands so much, these sessions offer a moment to pause, breathe, and reconnect with ourselves.
The heart of Mindful Mondays is simple: when we look after our wellbeing, we strengthen our resilience, our relationships, and our ability to navigate life’s hardest moments. For many in our community, that hour of calm each week becomes a lifeline — a place to feel supported, understood, and restored.
To make these sessions even more special, once a month we’ll be joined by guest practitioners who are generously donating their time and skills to our group. Their contributions bring new experiences, new tools, and a sense of collective care that’s hard to put into words.
So far, we have welcomed three wonderful guests:
Alex from Good for the Soul Holistics, who led a deeply calming sound bath, surrounding the group with gentle vibrations designed to ease stress and promote relaxation.
Molly from Reset Restore, who offered soothing hand and back/shoulder massages, helping the group release tension and reconnect with their bodies.
Alisha from Wise Witchery, who guided everyone in creating personalised self‑love boxes — small, meaningful reminders of comfort, strength, and compassion.
These sessions are becoming a beautiful reminder that healing doesn’t always look dramatic. Sometimes it’s a quiet room, a warm conversation, a gentle touch, or a creative moment shared with others.
2026 promises even more connection, calm, and community from local wellbeing practitioners.
